If you are already an email subscriber of our Availabilities, simply download the attached Excel Availability or click on the appropriate links in the email.
Save the Availability on your computer, enter flat quantities in the Order Quantity column and email it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
That's it! Once received, your Excel order is imported immediately into our system for faster processing.
Log onto our website using your account information. If you do not have a user account, you can easily sign up for one. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation by email and will be ready to place your first order!
Once logged in, simply browse through the Availability you want, enter quantities and submit your order. (You can even now submit an order using multiple Availabilities!) Our Availabilities are updated weekly so you always have the most current information on our plant stock and their status.
**NOTE: if you are logged off or lose your connection in the middle of an order, don't worry, your order is saved. Just log on again, go to your My Account, click on the saved order and continue. Then submit your order with the click of a button and print a copy for your records. That's all there is to it! No paper, no busy signals, or fuss. Just fast and easy.
Once your order is received, it is immediately imported into our system for faster processing. You will receive an Acknowledgement once your order has been processed and quantities are confirmed.
