Finished Containers > Ordering & Shipping Information
All of the items on our current availability are ready for your shelves. We vernalize our early season crops so that our material is ready early and will bloom this year! Our product is grown slow in cool conditions so that the plants are strong, healthy and will perform well in your customer's gardens. It's the Blooming Advantage!
Please remember that quantities may be limited on some items and all items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Availability Lists & Ordering
Blooming Nursery is excited to offer you 3 ways to receive our availability lists and 3 ways to place an order - the choice is yours! Availability Lists are available via fax to your place of business, email or as a download from availabilties section.
Placing an order is always simple - you can:
Order Minimums, Deliveries and Will Calls
Blooming Nursery delivers via our own trucks and racks to OR, WA, ID, UT and Western MT with each area having a minimum order size to qualify for delivery. Freight charges are calculated based on order size and distance to the destination from our nursery. Listed prices in this guide do not include freight.
We gladly provide service to AK, AZ, CA, CO, NV and Western Canada via common carrier or the customers own truck. Plants are shipped on our One-Way Shipper wooden racks.
Deliveries to landscape job sites are available upon request and depend on order size and job site accessibility.
**We reserve the right to implement a Fuel Surcharge at any time in order to help off-set the ever changing cost of fuel.
Please contact your Sales Representative for further details regarding your area.
Shipping Temperennials & Annuals:
These ‘warm weather’ plants may only be available during spring and summer months as they do not tolerate shipping in colder temperatures. We reserve the right to use our judgment in shipping cold-tender plants during periods of extreme weather.
Will Calls (Order Pick-up):
A minimum order of 6 flats is required and orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Pick-up times are Monday 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you are unable to pick your order up on the date requested, please notify us immediately. Orders left more than 5 days or over a weekend will have a re-stocking fee applied.
There is a refundable $1.50 flat deposit on all of our 6” (1 gallon), 8” and round quart material. Flats may be returned for credit at the time of your delivery. The driver will count and make a note on your invoice and the invoice will be adjusted within 72 hours. If you have a large volume of flats to return prior arrangements may be necessary. Will Call customers may leave them at the nursery at time of pick-up.
We offer all of our customers the option of pre-pricing their plants. Contact your Sales Representative for details.
Phytosanitary Certificates are required for all shipments to Canada and CQC Certificates are required for all grasses shipped to California. A Processing Fee of $30.00 and $20.00 respectively will be added to those orders. For orders to Canada customers are responsible for arranging Custom Brokers and Custom Clearance.
