All sales are in US Funds only and payable via COD, check, cashier’s check, Visa, Mastercard or credit account. All new customers are on COD terms until you become an established customer at which time you may apply for credit terms.
Credit accounts are payable net due within 30 days. If an invoice becomes overdue, all applicable discounts will be withdrawn and a finance charge of 1 ½% per month (or a minimum of $2.50 per month) will be added and the account will be placed ‘On Hold’ and not be able to receive further deliveries.
Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted and orders sold are F.O.B. Cornelius, Oregon.
Limits of Liability
Blooming Nursery, Inc. cannot guarantee against delays, mishandling, or other causes beyond our control when shipping material by transportation or common carrier. Most carriers do not assume responsibility for perishable goods and do not guarantee timely transit. Once plants are in possession of the carrier, the customer becomes solely responsible for any possible damage, loss or delay while in transit.
This becomes even more critical during hot weather months. Please advise Blooming Nursery, Inc. 5 business days in advance if weather conditions in your area become unfavorable at the time we anticipate shipping your order. Customers take responsibility for final approval of any shipment.
Any claims for damaged material must be made to the common carrier. Notify us as well as often we are a part of the claim process with the carrier.
Upon delivery of your order via our truck please check all plants carefully as they are off-loaded. If any plants are not up to standard or are missing from your order, please notify the driver at that time. The plants will be returned to the nursery or missing plants will be noted, then the invoice will be adjusted or a credit will be issued. Our responsibility for your plants ends once they are delivered to you. Any claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery and documentation and pictures will be required.
Will Call orders are to be checked upon loading. Any plants not up to standard will be removed and the invoice adjusted. We cannot guarantee replacements for plants not accepted at the time of pick-up.
Blooming Nursery will not issue a claim against any dormant plant material.
Cancellation of an order after processing is underway will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
